The future is bright
Weāre trained to think of the classic fairy tale opening āOnce upon a timeā as looking backwards in time. Equally, it could look into the future.
Why be stuck in the past when we can shape tomorrow?
After all, fairy tales shape cultures and minds. If we are to take responsibility and action for generations to come, then we should start with the stories we tell our children.
Thatās what weāre here to do!
These new Tomorrow Tales are for a world at the frontier of environmental catastrophe, armed or bureaucratic conflict, rife inequity, everyday injustice, and isolating individualization. Read more in our ever-improving manifesto!
Join us for an original Tomorrow Tale each fortnight (every other Tuesday), with additional articles on related subjects scattered throughout the week.
The first tale is coming on 18 January. Get ready.
This newsletter is for folk story nerds, activists, writers who love speculative short fiction, and parents or guardians who care about sharing progressive values with their children. We hope itās for you.
The future is bright. If we take it into our own hands.
